Cohbe Yoga is centered around incorporating practical ways to add yoga and wellness to your busy work week. Our virtual studio is filled with 5-15 minute yoga and meditation classes to help you focus, calm, energize, and sleep. Whether you're in the office or working from home these classes are easy to follow and accessible with or without your mat.
Cohbe is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Instructor based virtually out of Washington, D.C. She is inspired by making the tools of yoga accessible to all.

Beyond this virtual space, Cohbe is the co founder of Vibes & Vinyasa, where she leads pop up yoga events in Philly and the tristate area
